Hi all,

Our friend TheGingerBack just recently completed his first Spartan Race and shared some thoughts about getting into a Flow State during the race in his blog. You can read more about this and get to his blog post in my latest post on the same topic. Check it out, and nice job Johnny!

What do you think? Have you ever been in a Flow State? Do you think it's something you can develop?

Let us know!

Jamie
