A lot of changing your life for the better comes down to changing our mindsets. Modern life has warped the way that we live and even the ways we think about how we live.

A big part of positive change is to reframe the way we look at the world. Do we view movement as a hassle, or an opportunity? Do we look at that piece of cake as a treat, or something that will affect the way we feel? Do we see our kids wanting to play as an obstacle to get past to get in a workout, or as a way to play with them and show them that play can be important?

Let's discuss these things here - mindsets we'd like to adopt, ways to change our thinking, and more!
