One of the big reasons to work out is for stress relief. Movement of any kind is so important for reducing cortisol's run through our bodies, and vigorous movement like a good workout is one of the best ways to get rid of it. It also improves weight loss and sleep, which are also key to reducing stress in the body.

I always find a good run relieves stress.
