I’m a firm believer that many, if not most, of the problems of the modern age can be solved with a mindset that thinks of how the problems go against nature and evolution. We evolved in nature, and have only been significantly removed from it for a few hundred to a few thousand years or so – not enough time to have developed real mutations to let us thrive in an artificial environment.
That is not to say that we can’t figure out better ways to combine the two, though – that’s what Return to Nature is all about.
